This policy applies exclusively to the digital services offered by the platform, including monthly plans, one-off services and customized solutions. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As these are on-demand and intangible services, we do not issue partial or full refunds before 30 full days of active service. Cancellation of the contract can only be requested after the first month of performance. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation of Monthly Contracts<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation can be requested from the 31st day after service activation. To do so, the customer must send a written request at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current cycle, and there will be no proportional refund of amounts already paid.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-refundable services<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following services are not eligible for reimbursement:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diagnostics, consultancies and briefings delivered;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategic planning already carried out;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed graphic or digital services (such as website creation, visual identity and institutional materials);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Media credits already used in campaigns (such as Google Ads or Meta Ads).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds (where applicable)<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In rare cases of serious delivery failure or non-performance of the contracted service, W Mundi may analyze and, if necessary, approve a partial or total refund.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The request must be sent with formal justification. If approved, the refund will be made by the same payment method used.
